Add mandatory Security Classifications to your emails
“On 9th June 2011, The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) served Surrey County Council a penalty of £120,000 for a serious breach of the Data Protection Act, after sensitive personal information was emailed to the wrong recipients on three separate occasions”
Mandating that security classifications such as “Confidential” or “Restricted” be added to each and every email and document in use is critical.
