• Description: This is a trainee role suited to a College / University leaver or similar.

The position will involve learning our security and archiving solutions in-depth, ultimately providing customer technical support and troubleshooting advice, presenting demonstrations of our products, as well as beta testing and recommending new solutions.

• Duties Include: Responding to and managing customer phone calls and email requests for technical support. Installing and configuring hardware and software, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, providing technical product demonstrations, maintenance of inhouse systems.

• Requirements: You must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and must show a significant interest in the technical aspects of computers, operating systems and networking - including Firewalls, TCP/IP, MS Server and Desktop Applications and UNIX.

• Package: Salary & benefits dependant on age and experience. Full training will be given.

*NEW *Senior Senior Sales / Business Development Manager

• Description: This is a senior role ideal managing and developing a team of 6+ internal sales consultants, driving new business and managing very high profile key accounts. 

• Duties include: You will be focussed with assisting in developing key accounts, driving new business sales, working and developing relationships with Vendors.

• Requirements: With a proven track record in sales, you will be a self starter, highly motivated and with a passion for selling. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, be presentable, and be computer literate with a strong interest in IT.
